Instructions

Using in "App" Mode

To save the dashboard to your phone home screen like an app:

Android: Tap the browser menu (three dots) and select “Add to Home screen”. If prompted, choose "Install."

iOS: Tap the Share icon at the bottom and choose “Add to Home Screen”.

Login Instructions

Enter your recovery email and password in the login form. Complete the CAPTCHA and click the Login button.

Checking off Remember Me will keep you logged in for up to 30 days. Do NOT do this on a shared device!

If you forget your password, click the Forgot Password? link and follow the instructions to receive a new temporary password.

Dashboard Navigation

The dashboard is divided into collapsible sections. Click on each summary to expand for more details.

You can update your info, activate new TapCards, and manage your existing cards.

TapCard Activation

To activate a new TapCard while logged in, enter the activation key (in the format 0000-0000-0000-0000) and click Activate.

If the key is valid and unused, it will be linked to your account.

Linking cards is PERMANENT! For security reasons, cards can only ever be activated ONCE.

New accounts can only be made with VALID and UNUSED keys.

User Info Updates

Update your account email (for logins and password reset), contact information, and even change your password in the My Info section.

After making changes, be sure to click the Save My Info button.

Managing TapCards

View your active TapCards in the My TapCards section.

You can update the tracking URL provided by your airline, change card names, and toggle the status between On Track and Missing using the provided controls.

Deleting a card is recommended only for if you lose or damage a card. It is PERMANENT and cannot be undone!

Logging Out

To logout, scroll to the bottom of your dashboard and click the Logout button.
