Why can’t I activate my TapCard tag? Make sure you're using the correct activation key and that it hasn't already been used. Each key can only be used once.

Can I update my contact info or recovery instructions later? Yes! You can update your contact information, tracking link, and custom messages anytime through your dashboard.
What happens if my luggage goes missing? Mark your tag as "Missing" from your dashboard. When someone scans it, they will see your custom recovery message and your contact info (if provided).
What if I lose my tag or it gets damaged? You can deactivate the tag from your dashboard to prevent misuse. Then simply purchase a new tag and activate it to your account.
